A event that happens once a month where the typically jobless School Prefects roam around aimlessly from House to House with a paper and pen in their hand scaring juniors who are inconspicuous to the fact that them making their bed and cleaning their room contributes nothing to what the result will actually be. The result are randomized and intentionally made super close to destroy juniors feeling.
